Overview
The Divisions system is the Public Safety progression track. It gates quests and pushes you through HQ services.
How to join
- Go to HQ.
- Talk to Kintoki.
- Find the division captains and complete the early tasks.
Why it matters
- Divisions shape your mid-game loop (missions, bounties, progression).
- You’ll regularly pass through Division 2 for shop/crafting interactions and Surgery Kits.
High-level tiering
- Div 1–2: easier progression tasks
- Div 3: bounty-focused step up
- Div 6: endgame/meta tier (requires Surgery Kit usage)
